Shipping & Returns
Domestic Shipping & Delivery
WE OFFER FAST SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA . Delivery charges will be calculated according to the Pin Code. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be dispatched.
We collaborate with multiple courier partners for shipping across India. We only have standard shipping available at the moment. Depending on the location, it takes 2-9 days to be delivered. We accept orders only from India. Due to COVID, there might be some operational challenges in shipping of orders. Aarabdhm (Aarohan Natural Ayurveda Pvt Ltd) reserves the right to cancel an order within 48 hours from the time of order.
Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver if the PO box is listed with our delivery partners.
Cancellation of order
An order cancellation can only be accepted if the product has not yet been shipped by us.
In case the order cancellation request is received post we begin processing the order, the order cannot be cancelled. Aarohan Natural Ayurveda Pvt Ltd (aarabdhm.com) has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not.
Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Aarohan Natural Ayurveda Pvt Ltd (aarabdhm.com) and accept the decision of Aarohan Natural Ayurveda Pvt Ltd (aarabdhm.com) regarding the cancellation.
In case of Perishable Goods
If a customer wants to cancel the order for perishable products, the cost of the products will have to be borne by you.
Cancellation of Order by Aarohan Natural Ayurveda Pvt Ltd (aarabdhm.com):
Aarohan Natural Ayurveda Pvt Ltd(aarabdhm.com) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment has been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Aarohan Natural Ayurveda Pvt Ltd (aarabdhm.com) for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
Replacement/ Refund Policy by Aarohan Natural Ayurveda Pvt Ltd (aarabdhm.com):
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
the item may be damaged during transit
packets that have gone bad at the time of delivery
or there might be a manufacturing defect like proper sealing of the product
or that a wrong item is delivered to you
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 24hours after receipt of the package.
No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
To get a refund or replacement, email us at aarabdhm@gmail.com your Order Number and the Reason for replacement/refund. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.
• If the replacement item is not available, we will try to give the customer best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of the customer will be final.
• If the customer has paid, 100% refund of the paid amount will be given if the product is not available or the product is not shipped. Money will be credited back to the credit card / e-wallet and will take 10-15 working days to reflect in your bank statement. If paid by cash-on-delivery kindly email us at aarabdhm@gmail.com with your bank details for us to transfer your amount.
Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange.
The amount due on account of exchange/return or cancellation will be settled via replacement of product or credit note.

Limitations
Aarohan Natural Ayurveda Pvt Ltd (aarabdhm.com) or its owner/promoters shall not be liable for any direct loss or damage suffered by the Buyer howsoever caused, as a result of any negligence, breach of contract or otherwise in excess of the price of the Goods ordered.
Aarohan Natural Ayurveda Pvt Ltd (aarabdhm.com) or its owner/ promoters shall not be liable under any circumstances to the Buyer or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss of profit, consequential or other economic loss suffered by the Buyer howsoever caused, as a result of any negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation, any failure to meet any estimated delivery date or otherwise.
Governing law and Jurisdiction
This website is created and controlled by Aarohan Natural Ayurveda Pvt Ltd in Ajmer, India and the laws of India shall apply. This agreement is governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of India. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Site. Use of Aarabdhm Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
